HOW WE WORK - FURNISHING SERVICE
Stage 1 - Initial Consultation: .
We will arrange to meet with you at your property where we walk your space with you. We listen to you as well as ask questions to assure that we understand not only your requirements, but more importantly what your vision and goals are for your property. Out of our conversation grows a clear understanding of what needs to be accomplished to turn your vision into reality. It is about finding out about you, your wants, needs, loves and your dislikes. When we understand what is meaningful to you, it helps us create a vision for your space that optimises the way you want to live or what type of experience you wish your holiday guests to have.
We will also discuss along the way potential ideas, furniture styles, practical needs, decorative details as well as colour and your projects required completion time.
Stage 2 - Research:
We will start our creative research and product sourcing based on the conversation we had at our first meeting with you. We will compile a personal list bespoke to your property of the furniture and decor items required for purchase. Your personal home shopping list will be sent to you along with the budget spend for approval. Once the furnishing list, budget and deadline is approved by you, we send you our contract to sign.
Stage 3 - Interior Presentation:
We create mood boards and present our design ideas to you, from here we agree the style direction of your project. Once everything is finalised and agreed by you we place the orders on your behalf.
Stage 4 - Implementation:
We receive all the deliveries of your furnishing items, quality check them and install them in your property. Our team of handy men help us to paint, wallpaper, hang curtains, build furniture, hang artwork and fit light fixtures. Everything is dressed and staged ready for you to move in or rent out.
HOW WE WORK - HOME STAGING SERVICE
Occupied Home - Your first consultation with Nice Home Interiors will see us visiting you in your home, we identify problem areas, discuss what furnishings can be kept, rearranged or stored as well as assess your home decor. We then email you a plan of the works that we advise to be carried out, it is here we all agree with what you as the owner want to do yourself from the list and what work you would like us address. The next couple of visits to your home would see any decorating undertaken, furniture rearranged or removed and the final touches to the staging carried out.
Vacant Home - Nice Home Interiors would need to visit your property, we can liaise with your real estate agent if necessary to pick up keys. We then walk the space taking room by room measurements and make a list of the furniture and home accessories required to give your property the 'wow factor'. We email you a list of the purchases we advise you to make as well as the total budget required, once this is agreed by you, we source, order, take delivery and implement the projects plan. If you require us to organise a professional photographer then we can assist with this too.
