We take you from inspiration to final project reveal, and handle all the details along the way. Our signature process includes space planning, specifications, technical drawings, onboarding tradespeople, purchasing, construction and installation observation, and styling. We are your advocate and guide throughout your remodel, furnishing, or new build project. HOW WE WORK
Stage 1 - Initial Consultation: .Getting to know you
We begin every project by understanding what you hope to achieve through design. During this discovery session, we explore your style preferences and what inspires you. We will continue to refine your design goals in this initial phase.
INITIAL SITE WALK: We will arrange to meet with you at your property where we walk your space with you. And you will receive information on fees and timelines.
Stage 2 - Research:
We will start our creative research and product sourcing based on the conversation we had at our first meeting with you.
We select and present inspiration images to polish and refine the details of your style.
We will compile a personal list bespoke to your property of the furniture and decor items required for purchase. Your personal home shopping list will be sent to you along with the budget spend for approval. Once the furnishing list, budget and deadline is approved by you, we send you our contract to sign.
Stage 3 - Interior Presentation:
We present a room-by-room visualization of your home, including furnishings and decorative pieces: mood boards will be presented to you.
We create a representation of your new interior that you can feel.
Once everything is finalised and agreed by you we place the orders on your behalf.
Stage 4 - Implementation:
We receive the deliveries of your furnishing items and store your selections in our secure warehouse until time for installation. When we are prepared to install them in your property, we meticulously place each piece in your home.
Our team of handy men will hang curtains, build furniture, hang artwork and fit light fixtures.
AND FINALLY...REVEAL!
